Very disappointed with the quality of this baby playpen. Some parts were already damaged when we opened the box, but since the package is large and the damage seemed minor, we initially planned to keep it.However, during assembly, we found many tiny plastic shavings and fragments all over the product and floor. We tried wiping and vacuuming everything, but it was difficult to remove them all, especially since some appeared to cling to the surfaces.For a baby product, this is concerning because these small plastic pieces could easily be picked up or swallowed. We ultimately decided to return it despite the hassle.More comments:The seller very proactively contact me trying to solve the issue. This makes me feel much better. Decide to give it a try. Cleaned the droplet with wipe, takes about 15min for careful check. Now it’s better.
Easy to put together
I love the color and look of this playpen and the versatility of being able to use it on hard ground and grass, however, it is a pain to put up. The pieces snap off easy as you’re trying to open it up from the closed position. The plastic is cheap and seems like I don’t know how long it’ll last. But for now, this is the best and largest pen I could find for my adorable yet mischievous toddler who’s always trying to run into the street.
We have an 11 month old, 3 year old and 4 year old. We needed something to keep the baby away from the big kids small toys and this has exceeded our expectations. We had a small issue at the beginning (one of the pieces was broken from shipping), but the customer service was phenomenal and fixed the issue in a matter of days. They responded promptly and listened to my concerns.The play pen itself is so easy to assemble. Just take it out of the box and it’s already put together! We got the 18 panel one (the picture is with 16 of them). The color is exactly as described. The gate is easy to open and close. It is exactly what we needed!
We have a small space and needed somewhere to contain our 9 month old once she started standing and crawling. This is perfect - almost. We have a small living space and this takes up most of the living room which is great. It gives plenty of space for all her climbing stuff. It folds up but the connectors fall off easily which is a hassle. Since they aren't connected, they can just fall off and they do. While pulling it out every day at least 3-4 just fall off and it's frustrating to put it back together. If you aren't going to pack it up everyday, this would be perfect. If you are going to fold it up every day, be mindful of the headache of the connectors falling off. That being said, i would still buy it again because I think we would have a similar problem with comparable products.
If you have a baby moving around and you want to create a fun, safe, and convenient space, this is the best option for you. I have my god daughter a couple times a week while her mother works and I wanted something safe and also something fun that I could put away when she is not here.Let me just say this ticked all the boxes for me it’s sturdy enough that when she climbed up and down the sides all day, they did not budge, and when she climbs up the openings in the panels are perfect for allowing let her little hands to grip and help to pull herself up so I am sure she will be walking in no time ! she loves the door as well We leave it open so she doesn’t feel trapped but it closes nice and easy when I have to step away into the kitchen which is 5 steps away I normally wouldn’t set some thing up in that area so that is one of my favorite things about this playpen It’s very versatile and makes whatever shape that best fits your homes needs. I was able to set it up and take it down takes in no time and very little effort. I also must say I love the white and gray option. It was still fun for a kiddo, but doesn’t take away from the aesthetic of my home when it is put away against the wall. I absolutely adore this product and so does my little crawler.❤️🥰👶🏻💪

This baby fence is amazing! We’ve tried other options for creating safe play areas for our 1-year-old and this one has been the most versatile to fit our needs. We actually ordered two of the large sets and have them in three different rooms of our home.The panels are very cute. They have neutral colors and fun designs. I’ve gotten compliments on them! They even have a fun play panel included with each set! I like to attach play rings and toys with hooks to the walls for additional play value.The panels can be positioned at various angles to create the shapes you desire. Each connector is removable and can swivel or lock as desired. It is modular, so you can keep adding or exchanging pieces between sets, if you buy more than one. I don’t regret buying two large sets! I use my fence on carpeted areas, but there are suction cups on the bottom panel connectors to help keep it from moving on hard surfaces. The gates (one is included in each set), have cute designs and a simple latch that my baby can’t operate … yet. You can position the gates to in-swing or out swing in any place along the fence, so once she figures it out, I’ll just put the latch on the outside. The panel height is just right — baby can’t get out, but adults can step in with relative ease if they don’t wish to use the door.One of my panels had a defect and the company had excellent customer service. They more than made it right. They also sent spare connector parts in case any break.If you are looking for a baby fence or playpen, I highly recommend you give this one a try. It is on the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for and will be able to use this in so many ways in your home.UPDATE: I just ordered a third set as my toddler is requiring more baby-proofing throughout the house.UPDATE 2: I fell on the gate and broke the latch on one of the doors. I contacted customer service to order a replacement latch. They sent a whole new gate AND an updated play panel for free! I was willing to buy the part, as it was my fault, but that didn’t seem to even cross their minds! They really stand behind their product and want their customers to be satisfied!UPDATE 3: Sadly, after ordering a fourth set, I discovered they’ve changed the model. The new model no longer pulls apart very easily to use panels in smaller sections, where you need them. Once attached, one must use tools to pull the whole top bracket off to separate the panels. Furthermore, the top connector is not compatible with my previous sets if you want a firm fit, which was very disappointing. The customer service continues to be excellent, but they really need to bring back the original product’s top connectors that made these panels much more versatile. The quality is still great and the specialty panels (door and entertainment panels) and bottom “feet” do seem to be upgraded a bit. This is still a great gate, but the changes make the new panels much less useful for our ever-changing needs. It is a good, solid play area.

This baby gate has been a great addition to our home! It was easy to put together, feels sturdy, and gives my 6-month-old a safe place to play. I love the cute design, and it’s the perfect size for keeping little ones entertained while giving me peace of mind. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it to other parents!
The delivery was fast and the merchandise was in very good condition. The best part is the play yard was ready to go. Had no assembly other than placing it where we wanted it and opened it up. We had a mat that was purchased separately to cushion the floor since it is tile. We got the eight panel model because of the space we have and while I had my doubts, it was plenty of room of my nine month old twin grandchildren to play independently and sleep comfortably without bumping into each other. So happy I found this play yard!

The suction cups are worthless but I didn't need them anyways. Other than that it's a great little baby jail 😂
Our grand child, parents and us grand parents love the baby fence. We set it up in an oval shape to fit our living room with ease. The baby just learned how to crawl and pick herself up now so now we can keep her safe and enjoy her toys too.
This works really well! It does it purposes and we can customise how we want to use it. We use most of the panels for the play area and use some of it to fence off our plants to prevent our toddler from eating mud. However the door hinge is a little fragile. The kids presses on the door a lot, we see a little tear, hopefully it won’t drop off. 😅
The product is great and durable. Already assembled when delivered. The only reason I dont give it five stars is because it was missing one of the spinning toys on the play board panel.
UPDATE… the seller contacted me and resolved my issue. They were more than fair in how the handled the situation.The 14 panel is a 5 star product.The 18 panel is not quite as stable when used on a mat or carpet. If used on a hardwood floor or smooth surface with a pad or mat that fits inside and allows the suction cups to be used it would be a 5 star product too.I had a 14 panel from the same company.Decided I needed a bigger play yard, as I am now watching 2 of my grandbabies.The 14 panel was pretty sturdy, although the top caps needed to be relocked regularly.The 18 panel arrived, many of the top and bottom caps were loose in the box. Several top caps have pieces broken off.I assembled the play yard, and contacted the seller about the damaged caps. I sent them a photo of the broken pieces. They said they could send replacements.Several days later I received what was supposed to be the top caps, it was 3 metal cabinet pulls.Contacted the seller again, they said they’d get the correct piece to me, came today… and it’s the bottom caps.I’m now waiting to hear back from them.I don’t want to return the product, but if I can’t get the correct pieces, I will have to.
This play area is nice for infants through 13 months, my grand daughter is 15 months old, and although it keeps her safe, she holds on and pushes the panels back and forth and the lock devices come loose. If this feature were a little more durable it would be a great play area for her. I am constantly going around locking the ones that come loose. It wasn’t to hard to assemble, and the gate feature is easy enough to use even for my 6 year old grand daughter. If they could come up with a more secure locking device to hold the panels more secure I would highly recommend it. I am still on the fence on returning this item.Update, since last comment, I had an issue with this produce, one of the panels broke and I was going to return it. Sent for my return label and in the interim I decided to keep the play yard. Happy Tao reached out to me and inquired why, through several emails and a photo of the product issue, their customer service department resolved the issue I had within several days. They were very prompt and considerate of the problem I was having. Their was no back and forth, they received the photo and sent replacement parts very quickly. I would recommend this product, especially knowing that their customer service department and the company really stand behind their product, thank you Happy Tao for all you have done to make this play yard whole again.
